report would be provided containing the outcome of the hearing together with any
attached Orders of the Court.
Process Serving
To include the process serving of papers, in all types of Litigation – to include
County Court Summons, Injunction Proceedings, Applications and Notice of
Hearings etc. To replying to those instructed by way of report with supporting sworn
affidavit, together with exhibits or Statement of Truth. If the subject to be served
is evasive, then on instructions we will attempt to trace the subject and serve the
papers to avoid any undue delay to the litigation process.
Tracing
The tracing of missing parties in all aspects of litigation e.g. bad debtors/evasive third parties/Company Directors.
Bad Debtor

More often than not the subjects are leading a comfortable lifestyle enabling the creditor to pursue their litigation and recover their outstanding indebtedness from any of the partners since they are jointly and severally liable for the outstanding debt. We can also provide further details to assist in the recovery process such as Credit Status Reports.
Limited Companies
We can trace new trading addresses for active companies and can also provide insolvency details of companies that have ceased trading. We can also provide further details to assist in the recovery process such as credit status reports on the former directors if personal security is in place.
International Location
We have established a vast international source base to assist in tracing people of both British and foreign nationalities, who are believed to be currently residing outside of the United Kingdom. All of our Investigations adhere to the requirements of the Data Protection Act. All of the above investigations will only receive personal attendance and investigation at subjects address if instructed. The case will include reporting to you on an interim basis should personal attendance be required to avoid any unnecessary escalation of costs and to reporting to you fully when the case is completed.
