Process Serving

To include the process serving of papers, in all types of Litigation – to include County Court Summons, Injunction Proceedings, Applications and Notice of Hearings etc. To replying to those instructed by way of report with supporting sworn affidavit, together with exhibits or Statement of Truth. If the subject to be served is evasive, then on instructions we will attempt to trace the subject and serve the papers to avoid any undue delay to the litigation process.
