Accident Claims Investigation/RTA

With the use of drawings and photographic depictions we will be expected to provide a full reconstruction of an accident scenario. In cases of personal injury or serious fatalities we will be asked to investigate the exact circumstances and sequence of the accident and carry out a detailed Locus Report, take statements from drivers and witnesses and provide a detailed and in depth liability prognosis.

In addition geographical meteorological and police evidence will be obtained if necessary.All material points are to be raised including road conditions, markings, rights of way, traffic density, and speed limits and adverse miscellaneous features. We would suggest that investigation should be undertaken at roughly the same time of day and week in order to visualize the precise circumstances of the accident under similar conditions. Full examination of and production of all contributory factors associated with the said accident. Completion of Vehicle damage reports. Completion of and consideration of Medical Reports associated with the said accident.

Employers / Public Liability Investigation

With the use of drawings (if necessary) photographic depictions and onsite assessment we will be expected to reconstruct the accident scenario. In cases of Personal Injury we would be expected to peruse the Accident Report Book as well as consideration of the Companies Health and Safety Policy. To obtaining Statements from all parties and witnesses to the Accident (if instructed) and to also include collation and perusal of Training Records, Medical Reports to enable a general overview of matter and to carry out Risk Assessment of task involved. Full examination of and production of all contributory factors associated with the Accident. Completion of full typed written report highlighting any failures to comply with Health and Safety At Work Act 1974 and failures by any party in relation to there Duty of Care. The investigation report to include an in depth liability prognosis with further recommendations to enable compliance with Health and Safety (if instructed).
